Services

YellowMarket provides website, Google visibility, lead capture, and follow-up systems for local businesses. Each engagement has a scope, timeline, and price confirmed in writing before work starts.

Marketing outcomes

YellowMarket works on the controllable parts of your online presence: website clarity, trust signals, Google visibility, lead capture, and follow-up. Because market conditions, customer demand, competition, and operations vary, specific rankings, revenue, call volume, or profit outcomes are not promised.

Ownership

Deliverables approved and accepted by the client — including website files, content, designs, and documentation — become the client's property upon payment in full. YellowMarket retains the right to display completed work in a portfolio unless a nondisclosure agreement is signed before work begins.

Third-party services

YellowMarket may recommend or set up tools hosted by third parties (website hosting, form processing, email, phone, SMS, CRM, analytics). Their terms, availability, and fees apply separately. YellowMarket is not responsible for third-party service outages or policy changes.

Confidentiality

YellowMarket treats client business information — processes, data, credentials shared for setup — as confidential. It will not be disclosed to third parties except as needed to build or maintain approved services, or as required by law.

Payment

Pilot packages are fixed scope and one-time price as quoted. Payment is due before work begins unless otherwise agreed. If YellowMarket cannot deliver the agreed scope within a reasonable timeframe, we will offer a revised timeline, a partial refund, or a full refund depending on the work already completed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, YellowMarket's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that caused the claim. YellowMarket is not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, lost opportunities, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use delivered services.

Website use

The YellowMarket website is for general business information. Do not submit sensitive personal, payment, health, legal, or confidential data through the public form. Content on the website does not constitute legal, tax, or professional advice.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law
